Hosted by the incomparable Flotilla DeBarge, this exclusive evening at Stephen Friedman Gallery in New York City will raise critical funds to complete this powerful film, which explores Babirye’s artistic journey, queer identity, and activism.

🎥 A screening of select scenes from the film
🎤 Remarks from director AX Mina, artist Leilah Babirye and special guest, Joel The Parisian Cookie and a musical performance from Flotilla DeBarge
✨ A silent auction of one of Leilah Babirye’s Royal Guard sculptures—a unique opportunity to further support the film
🍸 Drinks and hors d'oeuvres
Each ticket includes a limited-edition merch item featuring artwork by Leilah Babirye, designed exclusively for this event.
All proceeds from ticket sales go directly toward the film’s completion.
